There are no charges for rejected articles, submission fees, or surcharges based on the length of an article, figures, or supplementary data. If a paper is accepted for publication, national authors are required to pay an article publication fee of $40.00 to cover publication costs, and international authors are required to pay an article publication fee of $100.00 to cover publication costs, ensuring the review, editorial decision, and author notification occur within 4 to 8 weeks. All these fees will cover the administrative, editorial and viewer costs.
