Repository and Self-Archiving Policy
Rahbar International Journal of Social Sciences Research (RIJSSR) supports the broad dissemination and long-term accessibility of scholarly research. Authors are permitted to deposit and share versions of their articles in institutional repositories, subject repositories, national repositories, international repositories, or other repositories of their choice.
Versions Permitted for Deposit
RIJSSR permits authors to deposit the following versions of their work:
1. Submitted Version
Authors may deposit the version of the manuscript originally submitted to RIJSSR, including a preprint version, in an institutional, subject-based, or other repository of their choice.
2. Accepted Manuscript
Authors may deposit the final manuscript accepted for publication after completion of the peer-review process (Author Accepted Manuscript) in an institutional, subject-based, funder, or other repository of their choice.
3. Published Version
Authors may also deposit and make available the final published version (Version of Record) of the article, including the publisher's PDF, in an institutional or other repository of their choice.
Embargo
RIJSSR does not impose an embargo period on the deposit or availability of permitted versions of an article.
Authors may deposit their work immediately after publication.
Repositories
Authors may use repositories appropriate to their field or institution, including:
- Institutional repositories
- Subject repositories
- National repositories
- International repositories
- Funder-mandated repositories
- General-purpose scholarly repositories
- Other legitimate academic repositories
Authors may also share their work through other lawful scholarly dissemination channels, subject to the applicable copyright and licensing terms.
Licensing and Copyright
RIJSSR encourages authors to retain appropriate copyright and publishing rights in accordance with the journal's copyright and licensing policy.
Where an article is published under a Creative Commons license, authors may deposit and share the article in accordance with the terms of that license.
Authors should preserve the applicable copyright and licensing information when depositing the article.
Citation of the Published Article
When depositing a manuscript or published article, authors are encouraged to provide a complete citation to the RIJSSR publication and, where available, include the article's DOI and a link to the official article page on the RIJSSR website.
A repository record should identify RIJSSR as the original publisher.
No Effect on Editorial Decisions
The availability of repository deposit rights has no effect on the editorial evaluation or peer-review process.
Editorial decisions are based on the scholarly quality and suitability of submitted manuscripts and are independent of an author's decision to deposit a manuscript in a repository.

This policy is intended to support:
- Open access to scholarly research
- Research visibility and discoverability
- Long-term accessibility of scholarly work
